*Student/trainee registration must be accompanied by a letter from the head of department confirming the status and/or a valid student card at the time of registration. Postdocs and residents are required the pay full delegate rate.
All registration fees should be paid in Canadian Dollar (CAD) in advance to the ICCR-MCMA 2019 Conference Secretariat. Payments are accepted by credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Detailed information will be provided during the registration process.
An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a visa and authorization to attend the ICCR-MCMA 2019 Conference will be issued only after a completed registration form and full payment have been received.
Please contact our registration department at iccr-mcma2019registration@icsevents.com once you are registered and registration fees have been paid if you require a Letter of Invitation. Letters of Invitations will not be issued to parties who are not registered and/or paid in full.
Please note that such letters are not a commitment on the part of the Conference to provide any financial support.
Registration cancellations received in writing at the ICCR-MCMA 2019 Secretariat’s address before May 16, 2019 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a CAD 150 administrative fee (as per ICS policy). Cancellations received on or after May 16, 2019 will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. This can be done by re-accessing your registration. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference.
In the unlikely event that the Conference is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in the ICCR-MCMA 2019 Conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant to ICCR-MCMA’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes.
